"The slogan says it all, because the residences are to be lived with a smile! The apartments are spacious, comfortable and bright, and are practical because they're furnished. The residence is quiet and very secure! It's also conveniently located, just a 2-minute walk from the faculties of science and Paul Valéry, the chemistry school and the CSU la grande motte gymnasium. Within the residence, we also have a host of services at our disposal, including laundry facilities and an incredible gym, perfect for getting together with your neighbors while working out! What's more, the bike room is great! As soon as there's a ray of sunshine, you can sit on the lawn and eat outside, which is really cool. The manager and janitor take good care of us, and are above all available and responsive if we have the slightest worry! So don't hesitate any longer and book your next apartment!

" La residencia Ideal Campus está genial, la recomiendo bastante. En las habitaciones el mobiliario es nuevo y está en buen estado. Las habitaciones aunque sean de 14m^2, tienen bastante espacio de almacenaje, el cajón de debajo de la cama da muchísimo espacio. Además, la ducha es amplia. Por otro lado, los gastos de luz, agua...están incluidos por lo que no hay que preocuparse por cuando hace frío tener la calefacción encendida. En cuanto a las instalaciones, tiene un gimnasio que aunque es pequeño tiene máquinas para ejercitar todo el cuerpo, y la lavandería está bastante bien, tanto las lavadoras como las secadoras son bastante grandes por lo que puedes hacer grandes coladas. Por último, en cuanto a los conserjes, son muy agradables, siempre están con una sonrisa para darte los buenos días y, sin ningún problema puedes recurrir a ellos para cualquier problema que tengas en la habitación. Para terminar, la parada de metro más cercana se encuentra a unos 15 minutos andando, pero hay justo una parada de autobús delante de la residencia por la que pasan 3 líneas diferentes y te dejan en la parada del tranvía. Pasan casi cada 10 minutos, y en 5 minutos estás en la parada del tranvía. En resumen, estoy muy contenta con la estancia en esta residencia."
