The residence is quiet and very secure! It's really well located. Within the residence, we also have a host of services at our disposal, including laundry facilities and an incredible gym, perfect for getting together with your neighbors while working out! The manager and janitor take good care of us, and are above all available and responsive if we have the slightest worry!"

"I was searching for an apartment on Studapart and Ideal Campus immediately caught my eye, it was well reviewed and I had heard about it from my friends before. Once I arrived, I was immediately satisfied, it definitely lived up to the hype. The apartments are modern, clean and very well organized so the space feels even bigger than it is, the residence itself is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's far enough from the noise of the city but not too far so that it's very quick to reach. I highly recommend Ideal Campus !"

" I have nothing but positives for this accomodation. And I would recommend it for all international students. Yes, you get what you pay for. My studio was lovely, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. I have been informed that I shall be receiving a deposit back which is very nice, and I will update my review to clarify whether there is in fact a problem with deposit returns. I have looked at some of the mixed reviews on here, but all charges I have incurred so far appear to be fair. My complements to Anabelle in particular, a helpful and kind person. The streetcar is only minutes away to the city center, as well as supermarket shops. If I ever return to Lyon, I would definitely consider staying here again."

"The location is ideal, with all transport at the foot of the building, the city center a 15-minute walk away but also many essential shops less than 5minutes away. The apartment is quite well laid out. The atmosphere is very pleasant with the neighbors (which is also why we love the residence!): a great team spirit and benevolence. Our common room downstairs allows us to get together, share meals or even work together. We're delighted to be spending part of our studies at Gestetud."

"Furnished rentals, a practical, comfortable and functional apartment immediately for more than honest prices, I recommend this residence. A big plus: the manager is pleasant, contactable very quickly and attentive to tenants' needs (and leaves us sweets or cakes for the greediest). This residence is a PEPITE, very well located: 5min walk from Jean Macé, 10min from Perrache, 15min from Bellecour and Part Dieu, 20min from Confluence and so on."

" I recommend it with my eyes closed. I've stayed in this student residence for three years and I've hardly ever had a problem with noise pollution. The residence is very well maintained, very quiet and the manager is up to the task. Very professional, friendly and smiling, and always available when needed (even at weekends, as he lives in the residence itself). Underground parking much appreciated. What's more, the residence is less than a 5-minute walk from Lyon 3 university. Honestly, I have nothing to say, you don't have to hesitate."
