With all its shops and amenities (cinema - tobacconist - newsagent - supermarkets - delicatessen - bars and restaurants, etc.), the residence benefits from a lively neighborhood, located between the Rhône and Saône rivers, with its quayside laid out for lovely strolls along the water's edge.
We offer carefully furnished and decorated student accommodation in a quiet, friendly residence.
We offer fully equipped and functional studios and one-bedroom apartments, some with private terraces.
For the T2 shared flats, you will have a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom in the flat and two or three individual bedrooms.

The residence Le Victor Hugo is a residence with a secured access (access by badge) and under video surveillance.
Flora, your manager, is on hand Monday to Thursday, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, and Friday, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.

Le Victor Hugo student residence is just a stone's throw from Perrache train station and the T1 and T2 tramway and Metro A stations.
