Le Victoria student residence is located in Lyon's 3rd arrondissement, right in the heart of the city's multicultural district. It boasts an ideal location, just a stone's throw from Place Bellecour, a true center of life.
We offer carefully furnished and decorated accommodation in a quiet residence.
We offer fully equipped and functional studios and one-bedroom apartments, some with private terraces.
For the T2 shared flats, you will have a shared kitchen and bathroom in the flat and two or three individual bedrooms.
Living room equipped with a single or double bed with bedding kit, desk, chairs, shelves, storage cupboard.
Kitchen area equipped with a work surface, storage cupboard, crockery kit, refrigerator, microwave, cooking hobs, table and chairs.
Individual bathroom with shower or bath, washbasin, storage cupboard and toilet.
Le Victoria is a residence with secure access (access by badge) and video surveillance.
Marina, your manager, is present from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm and on Friday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

Le Victoria residence is close to the T1 Guillotière tramway station, which links Perrache station (Metro A, Tram T1, SNCF station) to the Doua University campus in Villeurbanne.
It also serves Part Dieu (Metro B and SNCF station connections) and Quai Claude Bernard (Tram T2, Lyon II University).
