There is no minimum time limit for booking accommodation. The sooner the better.

For tenants:

• The completed and signed booking form
• Photocopy of the National Identity Card or residence permit or passport
• Photocopy of the Student Card or Attestation of Schooling (to be provided at the beginning of the school year)
• Signature of the price list
• Signature of the internal rules
• Signing of the technical services price list
• Certificate of Household Insurance

For guarantors:

• Bank or Post Office Identification Statement
• Employer's certificate (except for liberal professions and civil servants)
• Photocopy of the National Identity Card
• Photocopy of last 3 pay slips
• Photocopy of the last tax notice (amount of resources)
• Photocopy of the last 3 rent receipts or last property tax (for owners)
• Signature of the price list
• Signing of the technical services price list

It is possible to choose accommodation according to availability. Of course, the student who applies as early as possible before the start of the school year will have a much wider choice.
