The Campus Parc student residence is located opposite the Doua university campus. It's an ideal location for students who want to be close to the city center, the grandes écoles and the Parc de la Tête d'Or, the lungs of the city.
We offer carefully furnished and decorated accommodation in a quiet and friendly residence.
We offer you fully equipped and functional studios, two- and three-bedroom apartments, some with private terraces.
For the shared T2 and T3 flats, you will have a shared kitchen and bathroom in the flat and two or three individual bedrooms.
Living room equipped with a single or double bed, or a BZ with bedding kit, desk, chairs, shelves, storage cupboard.
Kitchen area equipped with a work surface, storage cupboard, crockery kit, refrigerator, microwave, cooking hobs, table and chairs.
Individual bathroom with shower or bath, washbasin, storage cupboard and toilet.
The Campus Parc residence is a residence with secure access (access by badge) and video surveillance.
Your manager, is present from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm and on Friday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

The Campus Parc residence is located near the T1 tramway station (INSA-Einstein) which links the IUT Fessines station to Perrache station (Metro A, Tram T2 and SNCF station connections) via Charpennes station (Metro A, Metro B and Tram T4 connections).
It also serves Part dieu (Metro B, SNCF station, Rhône-express - airport shuttle) and Perrache (Metro A, Tram T2 and SNCF station).
Not far from local shops and supermarkets, banks, fast food outlets and restaurants.
