The Manufac student residence is located in Lyon's 8th arrondissement, in the heart of a dynamic student district just a stone's throw from Jean Moulin University and Avenue des Frères Lumières, the city's main shopping street. It boasts an ideal location, bright apartments, a leafy garden and a friendly, family atmosphere.
We offer carefully furnished and decorated accommodation in a quiet and friendly residence.

The Manufac residence is a residence with a secured access (access by badge) and under video surveillance.
Corinne, yourmanager, is present from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm and on Friday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

The Manufac residence is located near the Sans Soucis Metro D station, which links Grange Blanche station (Metro D, Tram T2 and T4, Bus) to Vaise station via Bellecour.
The residence is also close to the Manufacture Montluc T4 tramway station serving the Gare Part Dieu stop (connections to the SNCF train station, Metro B and T1 tram).
