The Clair Azur student residence is located in Lyon's 8th arrondissement, in the heart of a dynamic shopping district close to the Maison de la Danse and just a few minutes from major schools and universities.
We offer carefully furnished and decorated accommodation in a quiet and friendly residence.
We offer fully-equipped and functional studio, T1 Bis and T2 apartments, some with private terraces.
For shared accommodation, you'll have a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Living room equipped with a single bed or BZ, a bedding kit, a desk, chairs, shelves, and a cupboard.
Kitchen area equipped with a work surface, storage cupboards and a crockery kit, a fridge, a microwave, ceramic hobs, a table and chairs.
Private bathroom with shower, washbasin, storage cupboard and toilet.
The Clair Azur residence has secure access (badge access).
Régine, your administrator, is on duty every Wednesday from 9:00 to 11:00.

The Clair Azur residence is just a stone's throw from the Bachut - Mairie du 8eme T2 tramway station, which links Perrache station (Metro A, Tram T1, Gare SNCF connections) to the Lyon 2 University Campus in Bron.
It also serves Jean Macé (Metro line B, SNCF station), Jet d'eau - Mendès France (Tram T4) and Grange Blanche (Metro line D, Rhône Express - airport shuttle) stations.
