Le Michel Ange student residence is located in the 7th arrondissement, in the heart of a peaceful, fast-changing district just a few minutes from Place Jean Mace and 10 minutes by streetcar from Place Carnot. It's an ideal location for students who want to enjoy the peace and quiet while being close to Lyon's hypercentre.
We offer carefully furnished and decorated accommodation in a quiet and friendly residence.
We offer you fully equipped and functional studios, two- and three-bedroom apartments, some with private terraces.
For the shared T2 and T3 flats, you will have a shared kitchen and bathroom in the flat and two or three individual bedrooms.
Living room equipped with a single or double bed, or a BZ with bedding kit, desk, chairs, shelves, storage cupboard.
Kitchen area equipped with a work surface, storage cupboard, crockery kit, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, table and chairs.
Individual bathroom with shower or bath, washbasin, storage cupboard and toilet.
The Michel Ange residence is a residence with a secured access (access by badge) and under video surveillance.
Annabelle, your manager, is present from Monday to Thursday from 8am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm and on Friday from 8am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm.

Le Michel Ange student residence is located near the Route de Vienne T2 tramway station, which serves Place Jean Macé, Perrache train station (Metro A, Tram T1, SNCF train station connections) and the Lyon 2 university campus in Bron, and the Jet d'eau - Mendès France T2 / T4 tramway station, which serves the Part Dieu shopping center and SNCF train station, and the Rhône express (airport shuttle) to the Doua university campus in Villeurbanne.
Not far from Place Jean Macé and its fairground market, local shops and supermarkets, banks, fast-food outlets, restaurants and the major schools (Manufacture des Tabacs campus of Lyon 3 University, Porte des Alpes and Berges du Rhône campuses of Lyon 2 University).
