The Studios Lumière student residence is located in Lyon's 8th arrondissement, in the heart of a dynamic student district just a stone's throw from Jean Moulin University and the city's main shopping street, Avenue des Frères Lumières. It boasts an ideal location, bright apartments, a leafy garden and a calm, friendly atmosphere.
We offer modern, well-decorated, furnished accommodation in a quiet and friendly residence.
We offer fully equipped and functional studios and one-bedroom apartments, some with private terraces.
Living room equipped with a single or double bed with bedding kit, desk, chairs, shelves, storage cupboard.
Kitchen area equipped with a work surface, storage cupboard, crockery kit, refrigerator, microwave, cooking hobs, table and chairs.
Individual bathroom with shower or bath, washbasin, storage cupboard and toilet.
Les Studios Lumière is a residence with secure access (access by badge) and video surveillance.
Alexandre, your manager, is present from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm and on Friday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

The residence Les Studios Lumière is close to the Metro D Sans Soucis station which links Grange Blanche station (Metro D, Tram T2 and T4, Bus connections) to Vaise station via Bellecour. The residence is also close to the Manufacture Montluc T4 tramway station, which serves the Gare Part Dieu stop (connections to the SNCF train station, Metro B and T1 tram).
